Dr. Michael Hellman is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a passion for helping patients live healthier, fuller lives. He believes great care starts with honest conversations and personalized treatment plans, all designed to help you feel your best, inside and out.

Education and Credentials

Dr. Hellman graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, finishing in the top quartile of his class. During medical school, he also spent time researching histopathology. He completed his residency and fellowship at Broward Health Medical Center and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Hellman is proud to be a member of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Osteopathic Internists. He’s also an alumnus of the Tri-Beta National Biology Honors Society.

His approach is built on guideline-based medicine paired with a holistic outlook. Dr. Hellman is passionate about educating his patients and helping them feel confident about their health journey.

Life Outside Medicine

When he’s not with patients, Dr. Hellman keeps busy with his favorite hobbies. He enjoys playing classical guitar and piano, practicing archery, staying active in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and spending time with family.
