Dr. Michael Hellman graduated from Nova Southeastern Osteopathic School of Medicine, earning the distinction of top quartile of his class. He continued with his research performed in histopathology throughout his medical school career. Completing his residency at Broward Health Medical Center, he is board certified in Internal Medicine. He remains an alumnus of the Tri-Beta National Biology Honors Society and is a current member of the American College of Physicians FL Chapter Wellness Committee.

Dr Hellman is certified to do both the P Shot for men and O shot. He is certified in vampire facelift, labial and breast lift with PRP as well as PRP scalp injections.

Prior to joining Dr. Brzezinski’s practice, Dr. Hellman worked as a hospitalist in the specialty of internal medicine. Outside of medicine he enjoys remaining active in music through guitar and piano and assisting in instructing Brazilian Jiujitsu. He is passionate in providing patients with exceptional care and communicating goals toward healthier living with a holistic approach.

Kelly Fennemore

MSN, ARNP

Kelly Fennemore was born and raised in Gainesville, Fl and she has spent most of her life in Florida. She has been in Naples, Florida for the last 10 years and joined Dr. Brzezinski’s practice in 2017. Prior to joining the practice, Kelly has worked in a number of settings including GI, pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine.
She attended undergrad at Queens University, in Charlotte, NC where she received her Registered Nursing degree. During her studies at Queens, she was selected, based on grades and achievements, to spend a full summer of training at Duke Medical Center, in Durham, NC working/training in the Medical ICU. Upon graduation from Queens University, she worked for 3 years in the Surgical ICU before returning to school. She did her graduate studies at the University of Florida where she specialized in Family practice.
Kelly knew since childhood that she wanted to be a Nurse Practitioner. She loves helping others and felt a great desire, from a young age, to help people achieve better health. As a wife and mother of two young girls she realizes now, more than ever, the importance of preventative health care. She feels holistic health care is of the utmost importance and hopes to help each patient achieve their best health.

Katherine “Kathy” Snyder earned her Master’s Degree as an Adult and Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing in 2010. Her nurse practitioner experience includes family medicine and senior care, making house calls to home bound patients and practicing with the Endocrinology Department of the Christiana Care Health System, Wilmington, Delaware. While in her endocrinology practice, she developed expertise in diabetes management and became a Certified Diabetes Educator.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Kathy earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1992. She continued to advocate for patients while practicing law in Maryland and Pennsylvania until she retired from the practice of law in 2008.
Kathy also serves as an on call nurse practitioner with Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, a substance abuse and addiction treatment facility in Naples, Florida. She attends continuing education programs on treatment of alcohol and drug addiction.
Kathy began her medical career as a critical care nurse with Anne Arundel Medical System in Annapolis, Maryland in 1975 and continued there until 1996, working in all critical care units, including intensive care, coronary care, and the emergency department.

Kathy is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, which defines the unique contribution nurse practitioners bring to medical practice as ” their unique emphasis on the health and well-being of the whole person. With a focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and health education and counseling, NPs guide patients in making smarter health and lifestyle choices, which in turn can lower patients’ out-of-pocket costs.”
Kathy relocated to Naples, Florida in 2015 with her husband, Paul. She is a member of The American Association of Nurse Practitioners, The American Association of Diabetes Educators, the Nurse Practitioner Council of Collier County, and she participates in on-going educational programs to provide up to date, evidence based medicine for her patients.
